This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through the WONE Method app and website, why we collect it, and how it's stored and protected.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: full name, email, phone number, gender, and a securely hashed password (we never store your password in readable form)
• Health and wellness information you provide: intake form responses (which may include medical conditions, medications, allergies, and hormonal/menstrual status where relevant), weight, body measurements, and self-reported wellbeing scores
• Photos you submit: meal photos, weigh-in photos, measurement photos, and mirror progress selfies, submitted as part of your program tasks
• Payment information: processed directly by Stripe, our payment provider — we do not store your full card details ourselves
• Usage information: which tasks you complete, when, video/audio content you watch, and general app activity

2. How We Use Your Information

We use this information solely to deliver and personalize your coaching program — tracking your progress, allowing your coach to review your submissions, calculating your progress rings, and improving the guidance you receive. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Where Your Data Is Stored

Your account and program data is stored on servers operated by our hosting provider and are encrypted.

4. Who Can See Your Information

Your coach can see your submitted photos, metrics, progress, and notes as part of delivering your program. Information may be shared with members of our Expert Advisory Panel, only where you have been enrolled in panel review as part of your program.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active, and as needed to comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time — see our separate Data Deletion Policy for how this works.

6. Your Rights

7. Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including encrypted password storage and access controls limiting who can view your information. However, no online system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

9. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including applicable data protection legislation.
